Im getting an error please help
Feb 13, 2015
Hello,
So we built this learning module and it doesnt register with our compliance wire once the test is finished. It still says "In Progress". So we ran it through CW tester and it generated a code, but I have no idea what the code means. We are really stumped, can any of you read the error and see it means anything to you?

Hi David,
I'm not certain what the code means - but I'd look at testing your course in a site such as SCORM Cloud as it's an industry standard for testing LMS content and would help you determine if there is something wrong with the course or in the LMS. If you continue to have difficulty in SCORM Cloud we're happy to take a look at the .story file to do some testing on our end as well.
Hello Ashley,
We tested it on CWTESTTRACKER and it generated the error. How can I get you the Zip file? I would love any help you could provide.
Hi David,
I'm not familiar with that set up - so again I'd look at testing in SCORM Cloud, it's a free industry standard for testing. If you're unable to access it or upload there, you can share the .story file here (we'll want to publish again just to be sure all the publish settings are correct). If you need to share privately you can send along to us here.
I will try that in the meantime I have sent you the zip file. Thanks we are really at a stand still with no options, and we appreciate your help.
Ok thanks David - I'll take a look, and if you could send along the .story file as well that would help.
I think its in that Zip file. Please let me know if its not.
I tested it and it came back, I have added the screen grabs as an attch.
David, did you ever figure out what was causing your error? I am having the exact issue.
Thanks!
