Hello
Please could someone clarify this. I have an elearning course that our company is considering promoting via a poster on our office walls and perhaps in a brochure. Are we allowed to use the images from the course to promote our course this way? obviously we don't want to any images if we are not allowed to do so.
Thank you, Julia

I think it would all depend on where the images in your course originally came from, and if your company is legally able to use it without attribution or more.
If all images have been created by you or your company, I think you should be fine doing screenshots from the course, etc.
Thank you for your reply, sorry I should have said, they are from the Articulate 360 content library.

Articulate pretty much says if you use their images and program to create it, you can use it. You just can't try to take advantage of them as images. For example, you can't sell or give away an image collection. The suits will garble that up with a lot of gobblety-gook, but under it all, Articulate's licensing terms are pretty sensible.
Thank you Walt!
