I don't know what went wrong with my project files yesterday I was working on the file I finished my work integrating all images and audio in the same published the course. But today when I was checking the same file all the images and audios disappeared like nothing. I'm not able to understand what is the problem. Can someone tell me how to over come this trouble?
I checked that article you shared, I found everything is fine with my system also I'm working on my local drive C.
But one strange thing I noticed that, If I log in to my PC with someone else's user acc. and opened that same story file which got all images and audio disappeared, is working fine and every image and audio is in place where it has to be.

I’m going to run a few ideas by you:
Be sure that you are working on your local drive .
If it’s just this file, you may want to start fresh and import into a new project .
If you are having problems across multiple files with Storyline in general,then you may want to check this out for assistance.
If none of this seems to help, you could always send us your file for us to have a look at.

I think your best bet may be to submit a case for someone to have a look at this issue.
