I have screenshots that are very clear when taken but when I insert those in Articulate (copy paste or through Insert picture) they come out blurry. I tried disconnecting external monitors to copy and paste from one screen, zoomed in out, played with the resolution but nothing is giving visible difference. The screenshots I am using are forms and the writing is not legible when added in Articulate...very frustrating.
Also, your image is 1620x745 (1.2 million pixels) and your story size is 720x540 (388K pixels).
If you change your story size to something closer to the screen capture it will start to become less blurry. But you'll always have some degradation if you scale the image down.
Thanks Tom! I reduced the screen resolution and then captured the images. It did help in improving the images.....not a whole lot but its workable now.
