I'm not sure what is going on with the images in my newest Storyline 360 course. Please see an attached screenshot of them in preview mode. Not all of the images are doing this, but some are. These are images from the content library, but I even tried saving one to a folder and uploading it. Still completely lost quality in preview.
Is there something I'm doing or is something wrong in the program?

Oh no Natalie, that certainly does not look as expected.
Are you using the latest version of Storyline 360, which is Update 17?
If not, click that link for instructions to get up-to-date on the latest version.
If so, I'd advise a repair of your software to see if that corrects the issue.
