I have a course which was converted from SL2 to 360.
I have 2 slides where images are not appearing at the start of the timeline like they should. They appear a few seconds later. I thought maybe I didn't have the image at the start of the timeline or there was animation. Neither of those things are the case. Any one have any other ideas? It doesn't seem to do it on preview, Only when published and loaded into our LMS.
That worked. It's only happening (so far) on courses that I converted from SL2 to 360. I have another course that it is happening to on a lot more slides. It's not ideal to have to replace all the images... but if it works.
Agreed it’s not ideal but you could log a support ticket with Articulate and get them to take a look - at least you have a workaround to keep going. Good luck with your project.

hard to say without seeing the file. Have you tried removing the images and reinserting them?
