I have a course authored in Articulate Presenter that contains a few Engage interactions.
No problems importing the course into SL 360. It corrects a few errors in Presenter and introduces an occasional course crash when running the course remotely (not on the desktop).
Screenshot attached.
Has anyone else seen this issue and is there a workaround?
Hi Sam - I do not believe I've seen this error previously. Are you viewing in the published environment as the learner would? I'm not sure what you mean when you say running the course remotely. If you need us to take a look, please feel free to share the file here with our support team.

Remotely, as in not on my desktop. A server serving it up...
Thanks Sam. So, you must be publishing to the web. Do you experience a similar issue if you upload the content to Tempshare?
Yes.
I was hoping that the error message shown in the snapshot I'd uploaded would give you some indication of what might be wrong.
Unfortunately it does not. Feel free to share the file with us here so that we can take a look.
