You can't import a .exe file into storyline. Those files are application files designed to run on your PC, not documentation files. Storyline interpret them.
You can import an HTML file, if it is a fully working file. You can import it as a Web Object. Double click the file first to open it in your browser to see if it is a complete. You may also need to inspect the file to determine if it needs any supporting files. You should put the html file and its supporting files into a folder by itself before importing.
