Sorry if this is posted elsewhere; I couldn't find it.
I've included a screen recording (recorded with no audio) in a .story and imported narration into the timeline to play over the screen recording. When I preview or publish and view in html, all works as expected. However, when I view the .html5 output, the audio doesn't play for this particular screen. I'm attaching the file in question.
Has anyone run into this? Have you found an answer or workaround?
Thanks for attaching the file. I published this and uploaded to Articulate Tempshare. When viewing the HTML5 version, I am able to hear the audio file. Can you test this here? Where are you hosting the file for testing? Could you try testing in Tempshare and see if this works for you?
Huh. You're right, it works fine there. I uploaded a copy as well, and it plays fine, too. I was publishing to my desktop when I ran into trouble -- hadn't put it on a server yet.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Thanks very much, Emily. I'm not sure I figured out why I ran into the problem in the first place, but I'm glad to see it works on Tempshare.

Let me know how this goes.

Hi Dave,
Great that Tempshare is working for you!
Viewing the file locally may have been the issue. We recommend to upload and test in the intended environment.
