I've imported a MP4 with video player into my Storyline but the player options (play/pause/sliding bar) are not showing up when I play the video. Any thoughts on what I can do to get this to work? Thanks
Well I love simple solutions. I didn't even think about going to the Storyline vidoe edit options since I know I wasn't going to edit the vidoe. Many thanks!!!
Actually, this doesn't always work as I am finding. Checking this box includes the transport bar, but shows it off the screen in SL3. In order for it to appear, you have to shrink the height of your video (as the width stays the same) and it distorts your video.
Is there a way for the video controls to appear and not alter your video resolutions in SL3?
Aside from decreasing the dimensions of the video to create space for the video controls, you could also use the player seekbar to control the video. If you decide to go that route, you'll want to set the video to play automatically when the timeline begins on the slide or the layer.

Hi Phyllis..
Sorry if I am being a bit "basic" here - but have you set the options in SL?
