I imported a PowerPoint presentation with a navy background, into Articulate 360. The slides are perfect; however, the entire notes area is black. I can barely see my black font notes that were imported. When I publish to Word, the notes can be seen. How can I change the black overlay in the notes are in my articulate file?
The Notes section will have a black background if you're using the Modern Player Dark Theme. You can either switch to the Light Theme, or switch to the Classic Player, and then you'll be able to see the notes clearly.
I've noticed that whenever I import a PPT presentation to Storyline 360 I face the same problem., of the notes being blacked out. Thanks for the easy solution Alyssa.
It seems that the default Player when importing from PPT is the Modern Player Dark Theme.
You're spot-on in that the default player in Storyline is the modern player with the dark theme. However, I can hear your need to change the default settings!
I submitted a feature request on your behalf, so you should receive an email confirmation about it shortly. If we add this functionality in a future update, we'll share the news here!
