Fairly new to Articulate Storyline. We have imported a PowerPoint which includes one embedded video....now want to export so it can be a standalone video that can be played from within PowerPoint (or via YouTube) and as on a website.
Is this possible without doing a screencast of the finished presentation itself?
Thank you for the welcome, Bruce. I think I agree because I have had a good search around! Wondering whether best to just make this specific project a Ppoint one. Have successfully done screencasts with video exporting options through Articulate and that's where I got confused.
Hi everyone. I'm asking the same question as above. I see the last posts were from 8 years ago...So is the answer still the same? No, I cannot export/covert my storyline document back to Powerpoint? Please let it be so. :)
Thank you for reaching out! We have a feature request logged to Publish to PowerPoint output, but it hasn't made it to our feature roadmap yet.
I will update this discussion if I have any news to share. In the meantime, here's a blog post by Tom Kuhlmann with some workarounds that might be helpful for you.

Hi Zoe, and welcome to the Heroes Community.
I do not think that option is available unfortunately. If that's incorrect I am sure someone will post.
Once again a warm welcome and I hope I/we can be a bit more positive you any further questions you post!

Hi Zoe and welcome to Heroes!
Bruce is correct that it's not an option. As you mentioned, you could do a screencast of the finished presentation and then use that as you need.
Here is an additional thread that talks about some user suggestions for when you need to get something back into Powerpoint.

Thanks! Appreciate the quick response. Glad to hear you guys have been working on this. Hope this option is available soon. 😊
