I am trying to import a PPT with all the animation sync with audio file done using Articulate presenter 360 and import into Storyline 360. To my surprise all the Animation sync lost to all the text boxes and bullet points that was done using presenter 360, when import it to Storyline 360. Can this be fixed by Articulate soon. This is important feature that should work in Storyline 360.
I'm happy to help! We don't currently have a bug report where animations don't work when a PowerPoint is imported to Storyline 360. I've tested this on my end, and the animations appear as expected.
Which version of Storyline are you using? Also, are you seeing this when importing every PowerPoint that has an animation to Storyline 360?
To help us determine if this is a bug, we'll want to look at either a .story file or a screen recording of the snag. Would you mind uploading either one in a support case so we can begin troubleshooting?
