Hello Crystal. I have already raised a log with your product support. To answer your questions:
1- It was exported as a Word file using your translation export feature and it was imported with the same format.
2- I am using storyline 360
3- you can see the hyperlinks if you publish the 360 link and hover your mouse over the text. You can also see it in the published output

I took a peek into Marianna's case, and it looks like the issue she was seeing was due to Hover states.
Tell us more about what's going on in your file. If you can share a sample or some screenshots, that would be helpful, too!
