I use Camtasia videos in SL to create software simulation courses. I published to 2 different LMS and the viewing window in Alchemy is not scaling making the screen barely visible. The other LMS, Workday, allows you to enlarge but the quality is terrible. Is there anything that I can do to ensure that the scaling happens and is of good quality? I am using the modern player and have maximized the quality settings in Camtasia.
I have the same issues and have not had them resolved. Looks great out of Camtasia is different browser sizes, but once I put it into Storyline all is lost (quality)
Is this the same file that you're working on with Vic in your Support case? If so, I know that since he's off today John was taking a look so he'll be in touch via email.

Maybe adjusting the quality setting in the Storyline publish dialog helps. Here is some info.
I have tried that. Is there anything that I need to do to make sure that the viewing window scales?
Hi April,
The settings for your browser size can be found under Player Properties > Other and you can check out the documentation here.
The Classic Player, as you can see, has the scaling option you may be looking for.

Me, too!
Let me know if you learn anything and I will do the same.
