I'm not sure if that's what you mean, but if you import an external Flash file, it will not be converted to HTML5 when the Storyline content is published to HTML5.
I don't know how to import an external Flash file to Storyboard. I only have seen that you can import one swf in a layer of Storyboard (1 swf in 1 screen).
But, if you tell me that, when I'll publish the project in html5, I could'nt see these screens, I can't create a recicled project.
