I have several flash presentations originally developed for Captivate that I need to import into Storyline. The only files I have are .pdf files with the flash embedded. I can't figure out how to get them into Storyline. Can anyone help?? Thanks. Lynn
Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, the client wants me to recreate the presentation in Storyline versus linking it to the PDF. I'm a new user so I don't even know what to ask them for. What file will I need to be able to import the content into storyline? Is it the .swf?
Lynn, there is no way to simply 'import' Captivate content into Storyline. If the client can provide the .swf file, you can at least import this file and play it inside Storyline. If they don't have the swf file, you should ask the client for the Captivate source file,so that you can at least reuse graphics assets, sound files, look at any advanced action scripts, etc. But beyond that, you may have to 'reinvent the wheel' and recreate the presentation in Storyline from scratch.

If you only have .pdfs, you can link to them with a Jump to URL/File trigger. As an alternative, you could try using web objects to link to the pdfs.
