Hello! We recently redesigned our PowerPoint template for our SMEs to use to build a course draft. The first time we imported the new template into SL 360, we see that the design on the cover slide as spontaneously changed! Hoping to find a fix for this or at least advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. Please see attached images.
Thanks, Katelin. We know how to import and have been doing it for years. My question is about a new development with the cover design spontaneously changing upon import. We've had very little trouble importing in the past, except for the known limitations of SmartArt, etc.
Thanks for sharing those images, as it looks like some aspects on the slide were flipped! Are you using the desktop version of Office 365 or the online version?
If you're comfortable sharing your PowerPoint file, our support team can test the import and see if we can replicate the issue.
Also, this article provides some helpful tips to keep note of when importing into Storyline 360:

Personally, I have never had great luck with importing due to formatting changes and corruption with the animations.

I guess you have been luckier than I have in the past! Good luck!
