Importing issues with latest update

I just went to the most recent update of Storyline, and suddenly I'm unable to import a PowerPoint document into Storyline.  I tried importing one that I had just done yesterday with the last version, and it worked just fine.


I'm on a tight schedule and need to be able to do this ASAP.  Is there a way to revert back to the previous version of Storyline?

Hi Josh,

Do you receive an error message or something else happen when trying to go through the import? It could be that something occurred during the installation, so I'd recommend going through the repair steps first and then if needed it may be easier to work on this issue with our Support team.
