I am trying to import a storyline project with screen recordings into another storyline without screen recordings. Everything seems to import fine, but when I go to preview, the screen recording slides look like the background images were duplicated and repostiioned. I try to correct it on the slide and I am unable to remove the images. Is there something I am missing in the import process?
Hi Mark and welcome to Heroes! Is it possible the original project was created with different dimensions than the new project? If that's not the case, you might want to send us both of your .STORY files so we can take a closer look for you.
Thanks for the quick reply! Funny that you should mention the demensions. Originally they were 2 differenet sizes, so I matched the smaller of the 2 (the one with the screen captures) with the larger and still got the same results.
The .story file is 9MB, will that upload through the forums?
