When importing a powerpoint, my original formatting is changing when in storyline - how should I upload to avoid this problem? Font color, bullets, slide headings are recognized as pictures instead of plain text, and page format is changing.

Thanks Adrian! One thing I don't understand is that characters are added in my import. I understand that if the bullets you are importing aren't compatible with storyline then they will appear differently; however, on some of my slides, additional bullets have been added. Any thoughts as to why that would happen?
We would have to take a look at the files to be sure. If you could use the link above in my post to submit a support case, we'll be glad to figure out what is happening.
When importing my Powerpoint into Articulate, my pictures and characters are not coming over. It was at first now it is not. I have saved another instance of the powerpoint as I thought the file was corrupted, but still no luck. Any thoughts?
What version of Powerpoint and Storyline are you using? Were the characters a part of the Articulate suite of Characters? You mentioned thinking the file was corrupt - did you follow these best practices when working with Storyline files (and the other files you're importing)?
If you want to share a copy of the Powerpoint file I'm happy to take a look and test it out as well!

Hi Holly and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! Importing Powerpoint into Storyline is not a one-to-one conversion and you can read more about that here.
