Have spent a few hours looking around the web to see if I could learn how to import PowerPoint shapes into the Storyline selection menu but come up empty-handed.
Is there a way to do this?
I have successfully important a slide with shapes into a current project - interestingly, some shapes seem to be recognised as shapes in Articulate after import, while others (e.g. a curved right arrow) register as 'pictures'.
I do not believe that it's possible to import them into the menu in the way you want. You can of course create what you need in PowerPoint, then save/import as an image into Storyline.
Storyline does not emulate PowerPoint in functionality 100%, however, I can understand that some more of the standard shapes could be useful.

Hi Bruce.
Thanks for your assistance. At least I won't go around looking for something that's not yet there!

As Bruce says, shapes that are not supported are imported as images
Thanks Phil for confirming.
