Hi, I've downloaded a trial version of Storyline and wanted to import existing Powerpoint slides and Studio 09 resources to see what they look like, however each time I try it, it freezes after a very short while and I have to close the programme with End Task.
I'm very sorry to hear that you're having so much trouble with your Storyline trial! So that we can focus on your problem one-on-one, I would recommend that you submit a Support Case.
On the second page of the submission form, you'll have the opportunity to upload one or more files, and it may be helpful for you to upload your Powerpoint slides and/or Studio 09 resources here so that we can attempt to reproduce the problem using your work.
