When trying to import a PowerPoint presentation into Storyline 2 the Audio track does not import. Has anyone out there had the same experience? What was your fix to this problem?
You'll first want to confirm you're working with local project files as described here. Individual slide audio should be imported - but you won't be able to import playlists or Powerpoint sounds.
If you're still having difficulty could you share the Powerpoint file with us?

The files we are working with are on the local drive, file names are short (with no Spaces or special characters). Because of company proprietary issues I am not able to share the files with you.
This problem is unique to the PC we are working on.
If you meant, it's not unique to the PC you're on, I'd check what update of Storyline 2 you're using (we're now on Update 4), also what version of Powerpoint you're utilizing (supported systems here), and if it persists, let me know those elements and I'll look at recreating on my end.

We have tired numerous time to uninstall and installing on this PC and get the same results importing a PowerPoint file into Storyline 2. I am including screen shots of the PC configuration maybe this will help?

If the problem *is* unique to the PC you're on, I'd go through the repair.
If you meant, it's not unique to the PC you're on, I'd check what update of Storyline 2 you're using (we're now on Update 4), also what version of Powerpoint you're utilizing (supported systems here), and if it persists, let me know those elements and I'll look at recreating on my end.
