I imported a power point presentation into Storyline 2 but the voiceover didn't import with it, what do I need to do to get the voiceover to import into my presentation?
Are you currently running the latest update for Storyline 2, update 12- build 1705.520? You can check by going to Help > About Articulate Storyline:
If you're not on that version, you can download it right over here. There was an issue with certain audio file types not importing in that was fixed in a recent update.
If you're still seeing this happen on the latest update- can you share the powerpoint file you're trying to import? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment like this:
