I have issues with importing questions from my course into a question bank. It doesn't happen everytime, but it has happened on more than one occasion. I first import questions from an excel file to a new scene in my course; then, I attempt to import the questions from the course into a Question Bank. In this particular course the first try resulted in 1 of the 16 questions added to the Bank. I created another QB and this one imported 7 questions from the course. If I continue to create and import from Story I will eventually get to all 17 questions (this is what I have done in the past).
Has anyone else had this issue? Can you recommend a fix?
Are you using this method to import questions into the question bank? Have you seen this happen in multiple Storyline files, or just the one file? Also you'll want to double check that the .story file is saved to your local hard drive as opposed to a network drive.
