Importing questions in Excel format fails when Storyline 2 is configured to be used in French

As a french reseller of Articulate products, I am very glad to see that Articulate Storyline 2 is available in French.
I tried to import questions using the text file sample provided on your site: it works fine.
I tried to import questions using the Excel file sample provided on your site: it fails with the following error message:
Then I think: well, these guys are Storyline are really good developers, but they propably only test with their software configured in English.
So I went to my Articulate Options, swapped to English, restart Storyline, retry my import with exactly the same Excel file: it worked fine!
So sorry guys, it sounds that the import questions feature, which is a really a good one, does not work with Storyline 2 in French.
Et ça c'est pas sympa pour tous mes clients français... mais je suis sûr que vous allez nous corriger ça rapidement (you may need Google Translate for that one).

Thanks for sharing. I was also able to replicate this behavior. I will report this to the QA team for review. I will post any updates here as I get them.

I just wanted to let you know that Update 2 for Storyline 2 has been released today. This should correct this issue.
