Importing quiz - Storyline 3

Dear all,

I'm importing a quiz and it seems something is not working. I attached you an image.

As you can see, the question is imported. Otherwise it's not visible.

Thanks for your help!!!!

Have you tried clicking in the question text box while in Slide View?  Does it seem like any text is there?

My guess would be that the text was somehow formatted as white, so it's blending into the background. If that's the problem, change the color. And check your Master question so it doesn't happen again.

If that's not the problem, I suggest creating a new question slide to see if that fixes the problem. (Sometimes imports get corrupted.) And if that doesn't help, you'll probably need to submit a case to the Articulate team.

Hi, Sara,

The eye icon for your question must have been accidentally clicked, so the program is hiding it:

Click that icon again, and the text should reappear.

FYI: That icon is handy when you have lots of items on the slide, and you want to temporarily isolate a few. If you can't see something, check the eye.

Bonus tip: If you can't select an object, check to be sure the lock icon isn't on. That one prevents all changes to an object, which is great when you want to make sure you don't accidentally move it, but frustrating if you forget it's locked and you need to edit.
