I'm working on a project in which I 'm importing screencasts from one Storyline project into another. In the original project, the screencast was created as step-by-step slides, view mode, with "show mouse cursor" selected. However, once the screencast slides are imported into the second project, the mouse cursor no longer appears in the previewed or published module (it does show in the timeline). Is there anything else I can do to prevent this from happening? Or could I be losing the mouse cursor for some other reason?
I want to make sure you are importing the screen casts into a new file following the methods in this article here. Are you able to see the entire screen recording under the drop down fro record screen?
Can you also verify that you are working locally with your files as described here.
