If you create a project in Storyline and then Publish it to Review 360, you can then import it into a Rise course as a Storyline block.
There are some limitations, but hopefully it will give you what you are after. Note that if you are using a light background in your Rise course, you probably want to select the light background option in your Storyline player before publishing. I soggest experimenting to see what suits you best.

Hi, anyone have an idea on doing this the other way around? importing something from Rise into Storyline?
Hi Brittany
Publish the rise course to web, host on a web server and insert into SL as a web object.
