Importing text from Excel?

Hi, 

I have a Storyline file which shoes flashcards. There's a text box with a term and I add a second state with the definition so students can flip from term to definition. There's about 20 terms. Each one is on a different slide layer.

Texts I use are given to me in a Excel file. The terms are in first column, the definitions in the second column. 

For now, I had to copy paste every term and definition, one by one. I wounder if there is a way to import information directly from Excel or any other faster way?
