I am currently working on importing translation filesin Storyline (working in parallels for MAC) into modules, everything is correct with the files and when I go to import the translation it just freezes the screen and there is no progress. Essentially it just crashes the SL App and I cannot do anything.

I am experiencing the same issue, but with Rise 360.

Oh no, sorry you're hitting this snag! Are you importing the files from Word?
Also, I'd recommend saving the translation files to your local drive ( Documents Folder on C: Drive) and then importing it.
