Importing Translations

Hello,
I designed a game using a template found in elearning heroes and it needed to be translated. I followed these instructions to translate: https://community.articulate.com/series/articulate-storyline-360/articles/articulate-storyline-360-user-guide-how-to-translate-content#:~:text=Go%20to%20the%20File%20tab%20on%20the%20Storyline%20ribbon%2C%20scroll,the%20congratulations%20message%2C%20click%20OK.
I imported the word doc of the translations and received a success message, but when I checked the file, everything is still in English.

Referencing the WWTM_EMISPANISH Word document, the text in the column titled Translate this column is in English, which is causing the translation hiccup.
