Impossible to update Storyline 2

Hello everybody,

I tried to update Storyline 2 with the latest version but I'm encountering an error message : 

Could you please help me with that? I tried to uninstall Storyline and try to install it again but it doesn't want to uninstall.

I need the latest version so that my client can see my web publication properly.

So sorry to hear that you're running into this error. A quick search shows me that these errors are typically machine-specific, so there is not an easy solution to share with you here in the forums.
