Can we set our Assessment like this; if user gives correct answers for some questions and some gives incorrect answers but at the Retry time I want show only those question which was incorrect?
I have use question bank for assessment and result slide with 3 retry but I didn’t find out the any setting for this.
Like you already have discovered there are no such settings, and as you have mentioned you have question bank with 3 retry. When you hit retry button you are resetting everything you have attempted before that mean there is no correct incorrect question to check. Every thing is blank to attempt it freshly.

As Parashuram mentioned, this is not a standard setting you can choose.
