HELP! I followed the tutorial on how to in-bed a web video. It works in the single slide preview, but when I publish it, the link won't work. What am I doing wrong?
Is it a video you could download and save to your local drive? It may not be a particularly elegant solution, but could you record a Screenr of the original video and insert it into your file? There is a 5 min maximum on a Screenr.
If you'd like to share your file here, I'm also happy to look at your file and see if there is anything else going on. If you'd prefer not to post it publicly you can also submit a Support case so our team can take a look.

Hi Mark and welcome to Heroes!
If your video isn't playing when published, I'd suggest reviewing this article for potential reasons and solutions.
If none of those solve it for you, let us know and if you can share your .STORY file that will help us troublshoot further.
Hi Ashley!
I'm going to try to re link the video. It does not reside on our server so I'm not sure where to go after that.
