In preview and publish, my slides are freezing

Hello,
I have a 10 slide scene and when I go to preview my slide 1.3 freezes all the time, if I skip it to see if it's that specific slide, the next slide 1.4 freezes. I have removed the slide 1.3 and recreated it, still freezes. I have had others try to view the published scene in other browsers and operating systems, still freezes. I have uninstalled Storyline, updated Articulate 360 and then reinstalled Storyline, still freezes. I have the scene saved to my local drive, still freezes. I need some assistance to fix this as soon as possible. Thank you Alyssa for your response, I ended up getting the slide to work by
completely removing the layers (3), adding triggers in slowly that change
the state of my objects and making sure when I use the layer options, I
select for the base layers to NOT show. Seemed to work for that slide.
Also, Ryan from Articulate's tech support contacted me verifying this as a
solution. Looks like Storyline 360 can be a bit testy sometimes.
Thanks for the update! I can see that Ryan found something corrupt in the grouped objects on slide 1.2, and I'm glad you got it sorted out.
