In preview with Google Drive

When I preview with Google Drive, I have this screen.

You can't go back to previous question, but when I click "Back" it brings this screen up.  Why?

I see myself as having all of the slide player options off , PREV, NEXT and SUBMIT.  Thanks for your help.

That's very strange that the NEXT and PREV buttons are showing up on top of your slide, as I've only ever seen them below the slide. Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Maybe part of a file is loading from a previous version of your course, stuck in the browser cache. Someone else might have seen this before and know the cause.

Hi Brent! It looks like your course may be going into review mode, which could explain why you are seeing the built-in Prev and Next buttons. If you have your questions set to Submit one at a time, I'm sure this is the cause and typically navigation between question slides is not permitted with this set up.

If you wish to allow the users to navigate through the questions, change answers, and submit all at once - then you may want to check out this documentation.
