Inaccurate Bookmarking in Storyline 2

I have a very large course built in Storyline 2 that isn't bookmarking correctly. Once the learner passes a random point about a third of the way into the course, resume no longer works. Let's call this Point X.
If they exit the course after Point X, they're taken back to Point X when they resume regardless of their actual stopping point.
If they exit the course before Point X, they're taken to their actual stopping point when they resume.
The box for "When running in LMS, ignore Flash cookies" is unchecked. This is what my LMS provider requested.
For context, the course has: 12 Scenes, 14 videos, lots of quiz questions for a .zip file size of 154,798 KB

I have seen the suspend data limits be the culprit for other users as you can see in this forum thread discussion.
Hi Beth,
It sounds like you're hitting the suspend data limit. This is described a bit more here, so you'll want to take a look at that information and ways in which you could limit the amount of data you need to send or if you're able to change the SCORM version used.
Thanks for the help. Saving in SCORM 2004 version 4 solved the problem.
