I'm being asked to include a pretest in a course. My first thought was that it would be an unscored quiz at the beginning of the course, which seems doable enough. But now there's a request for the pretest to be scored in order to compare the results with the quiz at the end of the course. Is it even doable to include two separately scored quizzes in a course?
Yes it is, the question is how are you going to compare it. Is it just for the user or for your organization to analyze. If it's for you organization to analyze you will need to export each quiz by email and javascript. There a probably a few other ways too.
Thanks for responding! To get the two scores would I just insert a results screen at the end of each quiz?
Re comparison of scores I need to find out if it's for the user or the organization. If it's for the organization I'll need to come back to find out what you mean by exporting each quiz by email and javascript.
You can even show multiple quiz scores on one slide - but as you'll see in the tutorial Jerson shared, you can only report one set of results to your LMS.

Thanks again for your response!
Yes, you can have multiple results slides in Storyline, even a result slide that calculates other result slides. How cool is that. Here is a tutorial.
