I've never encountered this issue and this morning, I'm trying desperately to download a new file and each time, I get the same error message "Incorrect file package - missing imsmanifest.xml or AICC structure"
I'm using Articulate Storyline 2 and I'm trying to upload onto Moodle like I've always done.
Indeed if I check the content of the .zip, it looks like there's less data than usual but I haven't changed / touched any of the publishing settings.
I also tried to download it in the SCORM cloud and it does return an error too Course import failed: zip file contained no courses

Have you checked you are publishing to LMS and not to web? And you are zipping the package from within the publish window?
