Incorrect font and missing 'f' when overwriting courses

Hi,

We are currently having some difficulties when publishing and overwriting some of our modules from Storyline. If we try to overwrite a previous version, the font goes missing and the letter 'f' changes to Wingdings. When we create a new version, the fonts appear normally and no issues with 'f'.

This issue is only occurring for 2 or 3 out of 15 modules, which makes it even more difficult to diagnose. They all use the same fonts, skin, master slides etc.

• When testing in Chrome the letter 'f' is replaced with Wingdings and the font is changes from Open Sans to Times New Roman.
• When testing in Edge, the same issue occurs but the 'f' disappears completely.

I have looked through a lot of previous posts and noticed the advice is related to the MIME. Speaking to Docebo, they do not believe it to be the problem.

We feel a little stuck at the moment, can anyone help?
