Hi, I created a test with Storyline 360. I noticed that when I used the review button, a couple of questions that were answered correctly were marked as incorrect. If somebody knows what the issue would be, I'd much appreciate it. Thank you.
Hi there, Viviana. We're investigating an issue where correctly answered questions are labeled incorrect in the quiz review IF the slide property has that slide reset to its initial state when revisited.
Can you let me know if that condition matches your setup?
Thanks for chiming back in with an update. Sounds like you're hitting a different issue, so if you could share your .story file that would be helpful. Thanks!
I've previewed scene 7 and I'm not experiencing an issue. The right banners are appearing against the answered questions. I answered Qs 3,9 and 10 incorrectly and the banner was the right one.
Glad you were able to isolate to your LMS and the course is actually working - over to your LMS admin to work with you now and sort it out - all the best Viviana

looks like you've shared the published output - it would be helpful if you can upload the .story file so we can take a look at the setup

Thank you for letting me know. It seems like a problem with my LMS then. Could it be possible?
To be sure try testing in Scormcloud (industry standard LMS) - if it works correctly there you know it’s an issue with your LMS
Thank you, Wendy. It seems like the problem is in our LMS.
