A few weeks ago the index_lms_html5.html file stopped publishing with the files that publish when I publish a course for AICC. Our LMS reads this file so I need to figure out what is going on.
I reverted my Storyline to the Nov 19 version and republished so that the files that were removed by Articulate in the Dec 19 version would publish. Now the courses function in all browsers.
I'm glad you were able to find a workaround in the meantime, Elizabeth. You originally mentioned that your LMS is looking for the index_lms_html5.html file.
Is this a file that you are able to specify? I'm curious if listing index_lms.html will correct the issue you were experiencing.

Glad you were able to find the information you needed, Elizabeth. I appreciate you sharing the link.
Was Doug's suggestion able to get you back up and running as well?
