Infinity% and question bank Nov 05, 2018 By DUSSAUD Jessy Hello, I have a problem with the score of my module with a question bank. (Storyline 360) If i leave the module, everything is fine but if i want to go back on it, i have "infinity%" as score. I've made many tests and i can say the problem comes from the question bank. My module works fine without the question bank but i have to use the random selection.. Maybe someone could have a solution for me ?

We've seen an issue in Storyline 360 where the result slide will display an "infinity%" score when resuming on the result slide. I'd like to take a closer look at your file to verify that the issue you're seeing is related to the bug in Storyline. Would you mind sharing a copy of your file with our team here?

While we continue to investigate this behavior, the current workaround is to change the revisit behavior to Automatically Decide. Hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions, and if you're running into some wonky behavior – we're happy to have a look at your Storyline .story file to see if this bug is the culprit. 😊
