Input Parameters for an Object to Come in and Exit the Timeline Instead of Just Sliding it Along the Timeline.

I wanted to pose an idea/new feature for Articulate Storyline 360 involving the timeline and objects that you have included in the timeline. As of right now, the only way that I know of to adjust when an object will enter or exit the timeline/slide is by sliding it across the timeline. However, this can be a bit daunting especially if you have a longer slide or one that contains a lot of moving parts and objects.

I think it would be a great and really useful feature to add in where we can set parameters for an object on the timeline of at what time we want it to enter and exit at. In my head it would look similar to changing the size and position of an object in the formatting tab and I will attach a screenshot for clarification.

An example of where this feature could be useful is if you have a slide that is 5:00 minutes long but you have a specific object that you want to come in at 2:31 and exit at 3:42. Instead of sliding the bars across different directions of the timeline, you could select each respective object and set the parameters that you expect it to enter and exit and then further detail the timeline as needed by sliding to make those animations more fine.

I'm still a bit new to e-learning heroes so if this post should be in another forum or thread please let me know and I would be glad to move it. But this is a feature that I would love to see added in to Storyline 360 and I think it would make fine-tuning the timeline of slides way easier and smoother for all users.

Thanks
