Hi, I would just like to seek advice regarding a problem I'm encountering. I tried publishing content using storyline and I want my learners to be able to access it in the articulate mobile app. I tried the instructions here however, I can't make it seem available in the mobile app for viewing? Please help
I published my tutorial content in storyline under the articulate online tab, I only checked HTML5 output to get the link and emailed it. The problem is, when I open the link it opens in the web and not in the articulate mobile app. By the way, there is no option to select the articulate app. so It open in the web.
As Phil mentioned, you'll want to follow the steps here to publish to Articulate Online, and ensure you've selected to use the Mobile Player (instead of, or in addition to HTML5 if you'll have users accessing on devices that don't support Flash or the mobile player).
Thanks for the tutorial. I'm still having problems though. I followed all the steps you shared Ashely, the thing is that the link from articulate on-line when I click it, my android table doesn't play it in the mobile app. It doesn't give the option to use that app, instead, it opens in the browser which affects the output.
I wanted to confirm you're using Storyline 2 instead of Storyline 1 - as the latter does not support Android. You'll also want to be sure that you're accessing the course on one of the supported devices/browsers here.
That seems likely and I do remember a few users sharing that the had utilized Storyline 1 output on Androids with some success, but it's not something we offer support for.
Thanks for the help, I really thought I made procedural mistakes in publishing my project. I would probably go and talk to the people at Articulate. Anyway, thanks for the help, really appreciate it.

It may help if you post how you are trying to access it.
You can use a hyperlink you send via email, if you want to use it in an LMS it needs to be xAPI compliant or not have a login

you need to also check the Use AMP which is under the include HTML5 output
The link you provide is for Articulate Online and you again need to check the HTML5 and AMP settings
