Not sure what happened, but 3 hours ago, at work, it was fine. Now, i'm at home and it won't work. Same computer (laptop).
I can insert an image, but as soon as I try to Insert a Character it a) doesn't open and b) freezes. I have to do a Task Manager >> End Program in order to close it.
In addition to Wendy's questions, is this happening with any Storyline file, or just one in particular? Let us know if you're up and running again or if you need further assistance!

you are working locally from your laptop at home or are you trying to work on the file from a network drive at work?
