insert record sceen as a new layer

Hi there!

I would like to ask you how i can insert a screen recording as a new layer, in the same slide.

When i insert it, it asks me only if i want it in a new scene, or in the same, and it puts it in the end of the current scene.

What i want to do, is to have three buttons on on slide and for each button to connect to another slide with the screen recordings.

Does anyone know how i can do that?

Hi there Anthi!

What type of screen recordings are you using? If you're saving the screen recordings as single videos (not step-by-step recordings) you can actually copy/cut those videos after they've been inserted to the course and paste them into layers.

There isn't currently an option for selecting a layer when you insert the recordings, but you can move single videos around.

Step by step cannot be on a new layer they are separate slides

Ok, then i will make one layer for each slide and connect them with triggers.
