Inserted Graphics not showing in final production (but only for some viewers)

Hi - We created a very robust learning object with Articulate Storyline that has a lot of imported images, videos and audio. The imported audio, video and some of the shapes (originating from Storyline) appear for one of our users, but none of the imported graphics. I'm attaching a short video from this user. She says she is using a Windows computer and the Chrome browser to view it. 

Any ideas what the issue is?
